Terms of Service

Effective date: June 22, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 22, 2026  ·  Version: 1.0

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at nevolagroup.com and any other property operated by Nevola Group LLC ("Nevola", "we", "us") that links to these Terms. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Nevola Group LLC is a Delaware limited liability company (EIN 39-4116966, file number 10306807, formed on 22 August 2025) with its principal place of business at 7065 Westpointe Blvd, Suite 310, Orlando, FL 32835, United States. Nevola owns and operates the Nevola Engine personalization platform and the consumer content brands that run on it, including Lisa Aura.

2. Eligibility

You may use the site only if you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Use of the site on behalf of an organization requires authority to bind that organization.

3. The site is informational

nevolagroup.com is an informational website about Nevola and its products. Materials on the site — including product descriptions, documentation, pricing, and editorial copy — are provided for general informational purposes. They do not create any commitment to deliver, license, or sell a product. Any commercial relationship with Nevola is governed by a separate written agreement (for example, an order form, a sandbox agreement, or a master services agreement).

4. Intellectual property

The site, the Nevola Engine API, the Nevola name and logo, the names of Nevola brands (including Lisa Aura), all related trademarks, the structure and content of the documentation, the source code of any software made available through the site, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Nevola or its licensors.

You may view, download, and print portions of the site for your personal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, scraping, mirroring, or use to train machine learning systems — requires our prior written consent.

5. Trademarks

"Nevola", "Nevola Group", "Nevola Engine", and "Lisa Aura" are trademarks of Nevola Group LLC. Third-party names mentioned on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or any Nevola property in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our infrastructure, or related accounts.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site through automated abuse, denial-of-service traffic, or other disruptive techniques.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any software made available through the site, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications, harvest data about other users, or build derivative datasets for resale.
  • Use the site to develop a competing product or service or to copy the look and feel of Nevola properties.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services that Nevola does not control. Those links are provided for convenience. Nevola is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and the presence of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevola disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nevola does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on the site is complete, accurate, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevola — and its officers, directors, employees, and agents — will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if Nevola has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nevola's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nevola and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, stop using the site.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Nevola concerning the site and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to us must be sent to contact@nevolagroup.com and to the postal address below.
